Hello Abdulla. It is true that Acupuncture has been used for many years, especially in its place of origin, China.
Do you know if Chinese people study Acupuncture formally at school, college or a university? or do you think this is something some of them learn from their elders by practice?
I can’t imagine remembering 500 specific body places where the needles can be inserted to alleviate pain but there are also many names for different arteries, veins, muscles, bones and parts of the body that doctors of any kind need to know about to treat their patients.

I hope your insomnia gets better. Best wishes, Berta from Caracas ;-)
